Alan Bailey - Production Manager & Assistant Stage Manager
Alan had a successful career in the army for twenty-two years, rising to the rank of Warrant Officer. Whilst Alan was in the army, he often took part in dramatic productions, as he always had an interest in the performing arts. He currently lives with Mary and since leaving the army he has achieved an MSc in Health and Safety. He now works for Thames Water as their Health and Safety Executive. His extensive business background has given him a good grounding for production management and is very excited to be part of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival this year.
Euan Forsyth - Assistant Director and Stage Manager
Euan has just finished his A-levels at Hampton School in London where he studied Maths, Geography and Theatre Studies. His directing credits include an adaptation of Antigone (Hampton School), Othello (The Paul Robeson Theatre), and a youth production of Rosencrantz and Guildenstern. As an actor, Euan has appeared in Greek, Our Town, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead and numerous devised pieces. He was also stage manager for the musical production of My Fair Lady at Hampton School. This is Euan’s fist time at the festival as a member of a production team and he is very interested in seeing the festival from a different perspective. Euan hopes to enter a career in the performing arts after he takes a gap year, which he will spend “doing nothing”.
